How to double your credit union’s membership

The UK government would like to double the size of the community finance sector by 2035.

Meeting that kind of ambitious goal means better technology and more automation, but keeping the personal touch that sets credit unions and CDFIs apart.

In this webinar, Chloe Coleman (CEO, Vouchsafe), and Steve Lockwood (Head of Delivery, incuto) will share case studies of credit unions using technology as a growth engine. In particular:

• using better KYC to cut the drop-off rates during member registration and onboarding
• reducing the likelihood of fraud and write-offs using data
• automating back office functions

What to expect

It will be a 45 minute conversation between Steve and Chloe, hosted by Debbie Smith-Hands (head of member engagement, Association of British Credit Unions).

You’ll be able to ask questions, and there will be an opportunity to have individual follow-up conversations to dig into the case studies in more detail.
