Upcoming webinar: Financial Access Infrastructure
Is your infrastructure designed for growth, or just gatekeeping?
Across the UK, millions remain unbanked or underbanked because the infrastructure behind identity, payments and lending was never designed with them in mind.
If you can’t easily prove who you are, send or receive money, or get credit as the cost of living rises, your ability to live a normal life rapidly breaks down.
Building on our previous events, in this session we’re joined by three leaders who have built secure financial infrastructure that is accessible from day one:
- Chloe Coleman (CEO, Vouchsafe)
- Andrew Rabbitt (CEO, incuto)
- Simon Thomas (Head of Financial Services, allpay)
They’ll discuss, with real-world examples, how digital ID acceptance at the KYC step can actually help solve ID poverty, how prepaid Mastercard accounts like DOSH create new routes for the unbanked, and how fully automated lending is helping credit unions compete with mainstream lenders, serving more members safely.
Expect a practical conversation about the new financial technology stack, enabled by the latest innovations and informed by the rising cost of living and state of digital exclusion.
What to expect
It will be a 45 minute conversation between Chloe, Andrew and Simon.
You’ll be able to ask questions, and there will be an opportunity to have individual follow-up conversations if you’d like to explore any of the themes in more detail.
We’ll be hosting the webinar on Google Meet. If you don’t mind not having the visual aids you can also join from your mobile phone.
It’s at lunchtime, which should be a slightly quieter point in the day for most. If you can’t make the time, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
