How do you prove someone exists when there’s no data on them?
Millions of people across the UK are shut out of mainstream finance because traditional credit and identity checks can’t see who they really are.
In this session, we’re joined by three experts to discuss how better data can change that:
- Gareth Evans (a renowned financial inclusion specialist and co-director of the Financial Inclusion Centre)
- Chloe Coleman (CEO, Vouchsafe)
- Bis Das (Head of Product, Infact)
They’ll discuss, with case studies, how flexible, inclusive identity verification and real-time credit bureau data can tackle synthetic identities, verify real consumers with far greater accuracy, and support people who are “credit invisible” or living in ID poverty.
Expect a practical conversation on using a much wider range of signals, from online footprints to telco data, to build trust, properly assess risk, and unlock access to essential financial services for millions.
What to expect
It will be a 45 minute conversation between Chloe and Bis, hosted by Gareth.
You’ll be able to ask questions, and there will be an opportunity to have individual follow-up conversations to dig into the case studies in more detail.
We’ll be hosting the webinar on Google Meet. If you don’t mind not having the visual aids you can also join from your mobile phone.
