Vouchsafe is looking for an admin and finance assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. This role is vital to our growing company, and you’ll play a key part in ensuring our finances and administrative processes are well-managed.
Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for:
- running monthly payroll for our team
- issuing invoices using Xero and following up on payments
- making supplier and employee expense payments
- work with our accountants to prepare filings for HMRC and Companies House
- maintaining our HR records and conduct staff onboarding and off-boarding
- preparing regular financial and impact reports for management and investors
- maintaining the company’s certifications (like Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001) and business insurance
