Vouchsafe’s supporting document coverage just tripled

We’ve just released a major upgrade to our supporting documents feature.
Whether it’s for address, income verification or DBS checks, we still live in a world where you sometimes have to fall back to asking for paper or electronic documents.
I’m pleased to share that Vouchsafe has drastically expanded the range of documents we can accept and automatically validate.
How does it work?
From the Vouchsafe dashboard, go to Flows and open your preferred verification flow in the builder, and check out the expanded range under Supporting documents.
Vouchsafe will automatically:
- give real-time feedback to end users to make sure the document is captured well
- extract relevant data from the document, like name and address
- match the data against any other evidence in the flow
- make sure the document has not been tampered with
You can combine it with our biometric and digital background checks to get the layered assurance needed to meet the risk profile of any business.
If you need to support a rare document type that isn’t listed, we’ve also made it easier to request coverage be added.
