Ongoing monitoring is now easier to understand and control, with simpler pricing
TL;DR: Alerts has been redesigned. You can now see every monitored account in one place, with more control over sensitivity and data coverage, and a much clearer view of what’s being checked and when.
As the world gets more unpredictable, it’s increasingly important to keep checking your customer list, rather than verifying once and then moving on.
Most regulated firms from lenders to accountants are mandated to conduct continuous checks against their customers, and take action if anyone on their list becomes high risk.
Almost since day one, we’ve offered Alerts, our real-time ongoing monitoring solution, to run daily checks against every account you’ve ever verified against 300 global monitoring lists, covering two million high-risk entities.
Those lists include people who hold high-profile public offices, sanctioned individuals that firms shouldn’t do business withs, those wanted in connection with financial or international crime, and known associates of all the above.
Today, we’re overhauling Alerts, with a completely new UI that makes it easier to:
- see every account in one place, whether it originally came from a smart lookup or full verification
- switch ongoing monitoring on and off per-account
- control sensitivity thresholds and exactly which lists are checked
We’ve done this in response to feedback that customers wanted reassurance that Alerts was switched on and working.
The previous interface only really became useful when an account actually had an alert that needed reviewing. The new UI shows every account, no matter where it came from, with its entire alert history.
We’re also simplifying the pricing model by doing away with one-off AML checks entirely. Ongoing monitoring now costs a single token per account for a whole year of checks.
