Vouchsafe can help your credit union speed up onboarding and loan applications and cut risk.
It does this by giving you a safe and compliant way to:
- onboard new members where traditional credit bureau checks fail
- request identity and address documents from members, with automatic reminders and instant feedback to the member if something is wrong
- cut the risk of impersonation or coercion by asking for extra evidence when members apply for larger loans
- onboard members who don’t have standard photo ID
Vouchsafe also provides wrap-around support to help get your members verified.
When should I ask for verification?
You will normally want to request verification with Vouchsafe during:
- new member registration
- a loan application
How to request verifications
Go to Campaigns and Triggers, and choose the point where you would like to request verification:

In the editor for the message sent to the member, insert Vouchsafe Link along with your preferred wording:

We recommend basing your message on our standard wording, which we have tested to make sure members understand and trust it.
How to review results
If the trigger is related to a loan, then the verification will be attached to the loan application. Otherwise, it will be attached to the member’s registration.
It will be automatically updated as the member goes through the steps, and you can see when it was last checked:

What does it cost?
You do not need to sign a new contract to use Vouchsafe from incuto. Everything is handled through your existing incuto billing arrangements.
