We’ve improved Vouchsafe’s main navigation bar

TL;DR: Vouchsafe is organised three products: Risk, Verify and Alerts. Now the top-level navigation reflects that.
As Vouchsafe has grown, we’ve added more capabilities, tools and settings. But our main in-app navigation had grown with them, making it harder than it should be to understand what belonged where.
We found ourselves struggling for room to stuff in new features like sandbox mode.
Everywhere else, we organise things around these three products:
- Risk, for instant risk scores and recommendations based on our real-time bureau data, plus that of our partners
- Verify, to prove customers’ identity and address beyond reasonable doubt with digital evidence and official data
- Alerts, proactive monitoring that tells you right away if fraud risk ever goes up
So, we’ve today redesigned our main app navigation around how the product actually works.
We hope it will make it simpler to situate yourself within an increasingly capable platform, understand what features are included on cheaper plans.
It also gives us room to grow and add more real-time capabilities without clutter.
