Key onboarding and fraud metrics are now on your dashboard homepage

TL;DR: You can now review automatic verification rate, completion rate, average turnaround time and other vital metrics at a glance.
Numbers aren’t everything, but in onboarding and fraud, they convey volumes.
Vouchsafe will now show you how it earns its keep with four new key statistics on the dashboard homepage:
- Completed count – more is better
- Automatic verification rate – how many verifications Vouchsafe was able to pass automatically, versus those that needed your review
- Completion rate – how many verifications were begun but never finished
- Median completion time – how long it takes for the average user to get through verification
We encourage tracking these numbers over time and making them core to how you think about onboarding.
