We are looking for a creative, dedicated and thoughtful Head of Marketing with a B2B background to own Vouchsafe’s marketing function.
Responsibilities
- Own and operate the company’s marketing function across our content, social, event and email channels.
- Coordinate with the sales team to raise the profile of Vouchsafe among our ideal customer profile with multi-channel campaigns.
- Measure the success of campaigns and iterate on the company’s marketing playback accordingly.
- Edit, and in some cases write, the weekly email newsletter and website blog.
- Edit lead magnets like our Digital ID in the UK guide
- Iterate on the marketing website, working with our engineers to add new landing pages targeted at our ideal customer segments
- Work with the Head of Customer Success and CTO on major product announcements
- Work with our Design Engineers to iterate the company brand, stationary, templates and other marketing material
- Plan and organise our programme of monthly webinars and quarterly in-person events, booking guest speakers and coordinating with venues
- Organise our involvement in external conferences, and other events, including speaker applications and sponsorships
- Represent Vouchsafe at conferences, expos, meetups and other industry events

- Experience in or knowledge of some combination of fraud, fintech, compliance or financial crime, or can demonstrate an exceptional ability to build expertise fast.
- An iterative approach to the work. We always strive for excellence, but when there are competing priorities, knowing what’s good enough always beats perfection.
